Refund & Return Policy

10-Day Return Window:

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as downloadable software.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at jochiinvestment@gmail.com with your order number and details. Our team will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a JoChi Electronics error or a defective product.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jochiinvestment@gmail.com
